Tamara is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), with experience in preparing appraisal reports for financing, acquisition, marketing, and personal use. Her expertise includes single-family and multi-family residential properties, as well as vacant land. All appraisal assignments are completed in full compliance with, and often exceed, the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP).
